Snapfish Return & Refund Policy — 100% guarantee
At Snapfish we understand the value of every picture you take and that is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are ever dissatisfied with any of your digital prints for any reason we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. We ask that the unsatisfactory pictures are returned to us, to investigate and to enable us to continue to provide the best quality prints in the future.

If you request a refund it will be credited to the credit card listed in your Snapfish account. If you request a replacement, we'll arrange for you to reorder the original items. We cannot re-submit or recreate orders.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with

  • Prints of the photos in your Snapfish account
  • Photo cards
  • Photo gifts (e.g. mousemat, mug)
  • High resolution photos you downloaded
  • Calendars
  • Photobooks
  • Gift prints

Common Questions About Returns and Refunds
How do I send back returned items? Snapfish will pay for the postage of your return.

How soon should I expect to see a credit from Snapfish?
After you've complete the Return & Refund form please allow 2-3 business days for customer service to contact you. Once a refund has been credited to your account we'll send you an email notification. Please allow 48 hours after receiving the email message for the credit to appear on your credit card.

Can I cancel an order I've placed but haven't received?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or adjust any mail or online orders. If you believe that you've placed an order in error, please email or contact us through the customer service page, and let us know which email address you use to log in to Snapfish.
